Why Settle have completed the acquisition of Nice Work Ltd in a six-figure deal supported by Royal Bank of Scotland. Nice Work supply software and services to the Merchant Services sector. Their technology is used by the UK’s leading Merchant Services providers, and the business has recently signed a Development Agreement to allow an international bank’s Merchant Services arm to expand into Europe.
